How do I book a service?
You book a service by emailing thepapros@gmail.com. We will get back to you within 1-2 business days.

When and where do you hold your sessions?
All sessions are held over the phone or video conference. We will send you a zoom link once the session is confirmed. Most will take place in the evenings between 5-10pm as well as on the weekends. If there is a time you would like outside of these hours please include that in your email.

How do I pay for my session?
The prices are listed our our "Service" page. Prior to your session we will email you an invoice with an attached link to pay online via credit card or debit card. A 25% deposit will be required to confirm your session and the remaining balance will be due within 24h following your scheduled session. If you would like to use an alternate form of payment we can discuss those options with you.

Will I have the same PA Pro throughout all of my sessions?
Yes! For your initial consultation you will be assigned one of our Pros. If you would like to work with a specific Pro please include that in your email. Going forward this will be the person you work with for all future sessions.

Why should I trust you with such an important process?
Both Lindsay and Alyssa were accepted to (and graduated from) competitive PA programs. They excelled in their application process and had multiple acceptances aside from the programs they ended up attending. Since graduation both Alyssa and Lindsay have helped pre PA students succeed in their application process. Their success is your success. They will be fully invested in your application process and provide an invaluable perspective.
